I miss blogging and scrapbooking so much, I know i have been MIA for a really long time.... Been so busy since we moved to a new house, sabine went to school and now I have a new baby on the way, mostly domesticated stuff.Ii'm so happy that she's grown so much and can communicate already. These changes brought a lot of great things in my life and my marriage. So it's a gooddie =) Anyway i started to scrapbook again and wanted to share it. Here's a few pages from Pink Paislee Nantucket Collection.I miss blogging and scrapbooking so much, I know i have been MIA for a really long time.... Okay this is really exciting, i saw Heidi Swapp's post today and saw this. Please check the link to know what I'm talking about.

It's about A Nourish the children kit that she is selling with the help of Teresa Collins. All proceeds of the kits goes to the hungry children. How cool is that, If i purchase just one kit it doesn't only feed and help the children, but it made me grateful because i have helped one of them and made me happy too (if you know what i mean). But seriously this is a wonderful idea.

I just love kits! In this layout i used Label Tulip's April 2009 kit. Why i love kits... well it makes scrapbooking really easy and it does not consume much of my time specially if you have a 1 year old learning to walk and always on the go to explore things around her. Since i hate saying No to her too much i always have to be on the watch to make sure she's not breaking all her barney DVD's and specially mommy's scrap things. hehe

My baby girl turned 1 last sept. 4 at Amalia's Restaurant in magallanes. What can i say time flies, babies grow really fast huh =) So happy that everything went well, really enjoyed the planning and the celebration itself. The food was fantastic, special thanks to tita amalia and vicky. To our family and friends who celebrated with us. Can't wait to finish sabine's birthday album.

I thought i wont be able to make one for nixxio before the V day, aside from the fact that he is down with a flu i have been busy with a lot of things number one is attending to him and sabine =) then i got sick as well, But it was time well spent at home with the people i love the most and we are all feeling better now.

Anyway I'm glad he liked the card i made for him, used my new toy the tattered angels glimmer screen and glimmer mist i love it!!! If you want your projects or scrapbook layouts to shine and have a vintage or chic touch i will recommend this=)

Can't wait to play with the rest of the colors and glimmer screens i have now make some more cards, tags and what have you... =)

okay as for my 5 Addictions right now
1. Pink and brown - i love pink and brown i'm actually crazy about it, i dress up and dress my baby girl those colors and look all over the mall to find things that are pink and brown it can be for me or for my baby.
2. Hershey chocolate - gotta have those all the time.
3. Sabine - i just cant get enough of her.
4. Scrapbook magazines - always stop by booksale to get those.
5. My husband - seems like i'm still pregnant, i just love him sooo much that i can't stand not having him by my side all the time.

I'm passing this on to anyone reads this and like to share their 5 addictions.

What can i say i really enjoyed the scrapjam.. too much that because of the backache i had when i got home i couldn't walk anymore maybe i didn't realize that being pregnant is much different now hehe.. but it was all worth it im feeling much better now, thanks to Ate Marisa for making this event possible, getting the scrapbooking items i wanted, the freebies, the prozes i won in the raffle and the gift she got for my Sabine.. For Ate nette for hosting and opening her home to us, for the good food (loved the mechado and shanghai) and specially for sponsoring my ticket =) The shopping area was beside the restroom, of course being pregnant i always have to go right, her funny comment was " keep using the restroom ha?! =)" Ayan napuno ang shopping basket ko lol. =) I'm so glad to see some familiar faces again and meet new people, Here are some pics of the scrapjam :

Scrapfest 5 was a blast although i didn't join any challenges i still won the raffle =), i was there mainly because me and donna was attending at MLA ans SH booth because my dear friend nette is out of the country.. ate nette thanks for entrusting your store to us, thanks also ate marissa!!! we really enjoyed doing it for both of you. =) I was also there to go shopping hehe the most fun part of all... I haven't been blogging for sometime now, no Layouts done after 1 LO this month =( because i have been experiencing morning sickness and a great deal of sleepiness everyday my body is really adjusting to the whole pregnancy but that's alright it's for our baby anyway maybe I'll get over this soon. So today we had our first ultrasound at 6weeks with heartbeat already, we are so ecstatic! what a wonderful feeling nix and i almost cried when we saw our baby. We are waiting patiently for you. =) My Goal is to be able to scrap and document my pregnancy till the day i give birth. Sharing my ultrasound pics. It's truly love at first sight!

I was in Enchanted Kingdom with my family, nephews and nieces yesterday it was so much fun and i really enjoyed spending it with them, well last time i was there was about 7 years ago it hasn't change that much although i wasn't able to experience the rides... why?here's the best part i found out I'm pregnant woohooooo!!!!! Words can't describe how happy we are.. i actually missed my period last jan 2nd but i took the test jan 3rd, the 2nd line was kinda faded i wasn't quite convinced, my hubby wasn't sure either so we showed it to Mia and she confirmed, Just to be super sure i took the test again this morning and there it was the 2nd line was very dominant... I'm pregnant again!!!!! And i feel good!!!My prayer is to have a healthy pregnancy, To God be the Glory! What a great gift from above! There's really is so much to be thankful for.

A product from Imaginisce "Marquis Stamps - Fleur de Lys" .... hhhmm found it at memory lane today I'm quite amaze with it, aside from the fact that it's cheap p150 only, this cool pattern foam stamp has two sizes on each double-sided stamp one is 2x2 and the other one is 3x3. Fabulous! Wana use it na.. will do.. Coz have to have outputs from the things i buy hhaaaayy...=)

Sizzix sizzlits Night and day by me and my big ideas happy thanks to . Another wonderful alphabet set from sizzix, I love this set took me sometime and a lot of thinking to get this and finally i have it in my hands hahaha, makes me really happy, Thanks to helen of Memorylane for the good discount. A Visit to my Alma Matter!

I accompanied my husband to Assumption College today, Sister G ask my father in law to design and fabricate the Holy Cross for the New Chapel,.. oh my haven't gone there for what.. since i graduated 6 years ago. We got there during their lunch break so we decided to have lunch in the old pantry.. mind you it change a lot, if you saw this before it definitely looks different..better... the buildings were nicer. The school developed so much, i hope it was like that before when i was there. =) Here how it looks like now.

I recently gave my sister a 6x6 accordion album for her birthday, i just wanted to share this with you i really enjoyed doing this album. It's one of the best birthday i ever had because it's my first birthday being married to my man, second Nixxio accompanied and gave me a shopping budget to Memory Lane Store I went there wednesday last week the day before my birthday thanks so much lovey (well he was in the car waiting) hehe, It's just now that visited her store and i tell you I had a great time the store was very nice and i was drooling the whole time.. 2 hours wasn't enough lol! thank you very much Helen i really enjoyed spending my birthday in your store she's so bait and gave me lots of advice, and yes I'm like a kid whose lost in a candy store not knowing what to pick first. She has a lot of new items that's not in her website. I will definitely go back there probably next year na coz I've had to much shopping these past few days , so if you have time you may want to visit her store to check out her new items specially those on sale. Anyway for those who hasn't gone to her store let me give you a quick tour, Helen allowed me to take pictures of her store. =) Enjoy viewing!

The much awaited Inque Boutique Stamps came in the other day, oh i can't wait to play with my new toys=) i got some from Mylittleattic and Rekindledmoments. I haven't really completed the stamps i want from IB, oh these babies ran out so fast! They are awesome i love the variety of colors and sizes, big stamps comes with storage cases and it has free rubber mats, The designs are great and also printed at the back of every stamp so you see where you're stamping which makes it more interesting, easy to store, easy to use plus its very affordable =), There are no words to say how much fun these are so what are you waiting for will you go inque too??

Back from Cagayan de oro

We're back!!! We had a whole week vacation, we went to the beach, to the downtown night cafe it's a place called Divisoria with lots of good food , checked out some bars and went shopping to a tax free mall "gaisano" lol. I had a blast spending time with the rest of my family and the girls, finally i met baby alyssa. She's so adorable and such a sweetheart. Anyway it was kinda rainy there, since we did a lot of walking and stuff i got sick when i got back but I'm ok now just have a bad flu it's all worth it because i really enjoyed. Anyway me and mia had a bonding time as well, together with alyssa we went to Kim Shoppe just along the street where our hotel was, i found these..

Ofcourse anything about scrapbooking i must get kahit konti lang!!! actually just saw the store when me and my hubby was driving around so i asked mia to go back there with me, what's great about it because its so cheap ricrac for p2.50 per meter/ribbons p2.50 - p3.00per meter/ small buttons for p2.00 per half dozen/big buttons for p2.50 per half dozen and eyelets for p10 per 100pcs. isn't cheap or what, i got a discount pa. =) Most probably when mia comes on December I'll ask her to get some for me again.

Missed our flight!

We were suppose to be in Cagayan de oro last Saturday to visit kuya Meir, Mia and kids, so excited about the trip we actually planned this 2 months ago. Our itinerary: attend the wedding of Mia's sister that day, and the Christening of Baby Alyssa our niece on sunday. Anyway unexpected things happen right? Our flight was around 11:40am and we got stuck in the darn traffic in paranaque, we left our house in cavite around 9:30am, well we are at fault because we didnt anticipate the traffic and the upcoming holiday, but hey is everyone flying to cagayan???? we got to the airport around 11:15am but too late they wouldnt let us in anymore wwwaaaaahhhhh! most probably they gave up our seats to chance passengers =( We really felt bad because they were expecting us and we really wanted to see them and be there for Alyssa's christening, I immediately rebooked our ticket for the next flight but it's fully booked till Monday i couldn't believe it i even tried to check if the other airline has slots and schedule that day for the 3 of us (me, hubby and ovvian) but no luck, so instead we got a flight tomorrow at 11:40am again and paid for p7,500 rebooking and actual ticket cost for the three of us hehe this is what we get from being late, but guess what we are leaving tomorrow around 7am "Lol" just to be sure we make it on time, it's better to be early than be late and miss our flight again ayt??! It's another lesson learned. I'll see you in a week when i get back! have a great week ahead of you!

I only have a few Layouts done since i started scrapping but this one I've done recently is my favorite, a picture taken when my hubby and i just started dating =) courtesy of Valerie's Sketches, i sooo love the Fancy Pants Soho chipboard swirls so when i got it from vivian i immediately used it, this is how it turned out. Hope you like it!

Journaling: I can remember as if it were yesterday, when our love was brand new. We had just started dating when this photo was taken, a year ago, So full of love and excitements at the newness of it all. Who knew at that time what was in store for us. That we would get married twice, have and lose baby chesnut . For a short span of time we shared so much joy, drinking nights, sorrow and laughter. I can’t think of a better person to share my life and love with. Our love is even stronger than it was when we were just dating.

Hello! Welcome to my blog. I finally have one already! It's a perfect chance for me to share and discuss about things that interest and inspire me specifically my new found life as a scrapper. Hehehe. I'm very excited to be a part of this wonderful hobby. It’s like a new phase in my life where I am able to express myself through this medium and art form. Thanks to my sister-in-law, Mia Castrillo who introduced scrapbooking to me. I'm also grateful to be a part of SE and PE. I've made so many friends and I've learned so much and I am still continuously learning as well.
